How it works

Registering IS choosing a programme: the purchase creates the accounts, the consent record and the full session blueprint in one step. From there, five stages.

Choose a programme
Pick the journey that matches the stage of life. The moment payment completes, the full programme blueprint — every session, planned — is generated for you.

Intake & behavioural assessment
The mentee completes a short intake and a deterministic behavioural assessment — there is no better or worse profile, only different work that different people are suited to.

A mentor is allocated
A certification-checked mentor is matched by our coordination team — capacity, language and specialisation weighed before anyone is assigned.

One-to-one sessions
The mentor works the blueprint session by session. The direction that emerges is confirmed with signatures from the mentee, the family and the mentor — nobody is steered without agreement.

Reports the family can trust
Interim reports and a parent digest arrive once the direction is signed — written for families, from what actually happened in the room.
